If you use outside vendors or independent contractors, we can pay them for you, and consolidate this large group under one umbrella. Instead of creating and maintaining multiple supplier relationships, let PayReel consolidate and manage all your vendor and contractor invoices and payments.

Merge payments to your contractors and vendors through BundlePay. With your crews under our umbrella, we will handle all set-up paperwork and get them paid within 30 days.

Customize

Our customized consolidated invoices will make your Accounts Payable folks smile. We can arrange by PO, cost center, vendor, and more.

Government Housekeeping

Our BundlePay service includes preparation and distribution of 1099's and W-2's as required by IRS regulations.

Reduce Your Risk

IRS and Department of Labor scrutiny of independent contractor arrangements has never been greater. PayReel will screen each independent contractor for compliance and obtain documentation including an independent Contractor Agreement, a screening questionnaire, W-9 and proof of business insurance. For situations that require a W-2 arrangement, our sister company, PayReel, will provide payroll and insurance services.
