Heidi used to work on both the client side and the freelance side of corporate video and broadcast news production. For six years, she worked with CBS News as a freelance audio technician, gaining insight on ways to improve the industry. Since then, Heidi has filled an industry-wide void with the establishment of her companies; Crew Connection, founded in 1989, and PayReel, founded in 1995.
