Heidi McLean

Having worked on both the client and freelance sides of corporate video and broadcast news production, Heidi recognized an industry-wide need for someone with real television and film know-how to put the two ends together. In 1989, she founded Crew Connection and has since built it into the largest, most experienced film and television crew booking service in the industry. In 1995, she added to their services by establishing PayReel, a national payroll service for the film and television industry.
Lisa Cobb

Lisa, the head of the PayReel staff, oversees all film and video accounts. She is the administrator for our insurance, 401K and payroll taxes. Home grown in the Lone Star State and transplanted to the Colorado mountains, Lisa brings with her a Texas-size smile and a cheerful "can do" attitude. Her knowledge and experience are a big part of what makes PayReel a success.

A Native of Colorado, Pat Davis has brought with her many years of office and accounting experience, making her a versatile and valuable member of our team. Pat is the administrator for our corporate department and backs up Lisa in the day-to-day payroll operations of PayReel. Because she has lived in the mountains for many years, she fits right in with our beautiful mountain location near Evergreen, Colorado.
Kim Bussiere

Kim is originally from Washington State. She has majored in Physical Education and Psychology and demonstrates her administrative skills as our assistant for our film and corporate departments. She overseas our PayReel payroll setup and is the customer service representative for many of our corporate accounts. Kim’s interest in sports, hiking, camping and a general love for the outdoors make her a perfect fit for our team and our Colorado office.
Emily Baker

Emily got her start in film production on the West Coast. She has worked as production manager for CBS and NBC network specials, location manager for 35 mm commercials, and as sound person on a number of feature films, including Robert Altman's "The Player." In addition to booking crews, Emily is involved in Crew Connection sales and trade show ventures. She also helps plan and design our web site. Emily brought her vast and varied experience in film production to Crew Connection in 1994.
Sherri Velte

Sherri began her career in Motown, where by age 20 she was crewing video productions, designing broadcast graphics and even doing a little on-camera work. In the early 90's, she realized her life-long dream of living in the mountains by relocating to Colorado. After a frenetic decade in broadcast design and serving as design director for KCNC-TV, she retired from broadcast news. Sherri says she is thrilled to be part of Crew Connection, where she gets to work with great people in the film and video business-and at the same time, live in the mountains with her family (and a few dozen Rocky Mountain elk)!
Amanda Woodson

Amanda received her Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado with a major in Philosophy, a minor in Religious Studies and a certificate in Peace and Conflicts Studies. Having no desire to attend medical or law school, she developed a strong addiction to hazelnut mocha lattes while participating in philosophical debates at local coffee houses. After a brief stint working in the advertising department of a publishing company, she decided to follow her heart and pursue acting and a career in television production. Whether Amanda’s in the spotlight or working behind the scenes as a PA or Production Manager, she loves this industry! We are happy to have Amanda and her many talents on board here at The Crew Connection.

Gifted with a rare and wonderful love for numbers, Annette is your primary contact for money matters related to Crew Connection payables and receivables, and also provides accounting backup for PayReel.

Jennifer hails to us from the great Hawkeye state. She recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a dual degree in Communication Studies and International Business. Jennifer uses her communication skills to help keep the office functioning and efficient. She is the cheerful voice that answers the phones and handles the paperwork. She is thrilled to start her career with the Crew Connection and PayReel team because it allows her to use both of her degrees and still be close enough to cheer on the Hawkeyes! In her spare time Jennifer loves to cook, golf, go whitewater rafting, watch movies and read. She also loves to travel and spends a lot of time visiting her brothers and their families in Phoenix and her parents and friends in Iowa.
